Return and Refund

At PrintInk Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • It must be unused and in resalable condition
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges and toner
  • Printer paper that has been removed from its packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or special-order products

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@printink-care.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo evidence if the product is defective or damaged

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made a shipping error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide a clear photo of the issue and packaging

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
